The Olympics were amazing, I’ve finished my first painting, and wanted to turn this newsletter into more of what I had ideally planned at the beginning. I love writing and long-form sharing but I want to focus on sharing more of my day to day process on being in practice mode and ways that framework shows up. This platform is much less about me but really about providing valuable resources you can enjoy. This will operate more like a visual (and sometimes narrative stream of consciousness :) Welcome to my minds playground, click images they might lead you somewhere.
Process (community vs individual)
Play (almost identical to an idea I had from 2020 - they did what I could never)
Purpose (Burnt Sienna Research Library - whats your greatest fear? Death/Time). It’s the one thing you can’t control, can’t get back, and will always lose to. Each decision we make gets lost within time and hindsight always changes how we feel about what we did in that specific time. I don’t regret much but I do practice being present and trying to make the most of time with people, it’s a beautiful thing to find connection with others and appreciate the seemingly mundane.
