I’ve had a nice time writing on Substack and am so grateful for every subscriber, especially those who have joined the paid tier over the past few years. Thank you all so much for supporting me, it means so much that anyone takes time to support me. With that said I’ve decided to take my talents to the Intellectual Athlete website. This is important me for a few reasons: keeping information in proximity to one another so you can access the ecosystem in one place as much as possible, keeping practice mode for workshops and future podcast, while bringing visibility to the beautiful brand of Intellectual Athlete and positioning it more as an extension of me and the systems of being that I have designed and want to share with you all. I’m most active on instagram so following there will get the most current updates.

I’m currently working on a brochure and also making some prints of my collages available for purchase. The next phase is making things tangible in real life through products and in-real-life events. I hosted the CLO Los Angeles Meet Up Hike recently and will be sharing some photos and words about the experience in the first journal post outside of this platform which I’m very excited about. It will be much easier for me to produce stuff all in the same space and also give you all an opportunity to engage with me more in a forum/community way through my website as well. I’ll probably be figuring out a lot of things in this transition so bare with me but I definitely wanted to give a heads up before everything begins. Talk soon.
